Forgiveness
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matthew 6:14-15
Starting the fast off with forgiveness and we want to have a forgiving heart. Without it our week of fasting could be for naught. Take this day to forgive others no matter the offense. Also take this time to forgive yourself for things you have not released yourself of. Let us move on this week without the burden of guilt.
